Just let it heal. You might use a little ice within 24 hours of getting it, but after that it won't help. It will take 7 to 14 days.

switch between ice and heat, but got to tell ya, even when the 'blackness' goes away it is still going to be yellowish and fairly gross looking.

Same as any other bruise on your body, nothing. It will heal in time and constantly remind you that you were in the wrong place at the wrong time.

try eating papaya, or pieapple, that will reduce the healing time. i do it whenever i get a black eye.
