She hasn't been served yet because of this. How can the child be found? His heart is broken. He hasn't seen his child in 3 months.

This girl does have mental problems. She may be Bi-Polar. I know her as well as him.

He should contact the police, and let them know that his wife has taken off with their child without his consent. If he goes after them himself, she can file charges, and there is a good chance she is setting him up for just that. When they are found, he should file for custody so she cannot pull this again.

MYOB...it could well be that the mother has HAD to go into hiding with the child...this might be a case of serious abuse of which you know, nor will know, anything about. Abusers are excellent at keeping their actions hidden. I understand you are friends, but that does NOT mean you have to aid and abet your friend IF abuse is involved. Since there is no way for you to know, I strongly suggest you stay out of this fray entirely. Just my take on things...The fact that the wife has literally disappeared is VERY suspect.

i'm so sorry for him has he called a lawyer to see if there is anything he can do? with how it sounds he may not see his kid unless she can be found and proved to be unfit and a flight risk
