Since you're on the cusp between Libra and a Scorpio. You are a mix of the two worlds :) Since the Scorpio sign starts on the 20th of October and you're born on the 23rd, you ARE a Scorpio but... you also have Libra in you, which is a good thing. You're about 85% Scorpio and about 15% Libra :)

The thing that I have always heard is that because the sign changes on that day the only way to know is to chart the time of birth with the coordinates (ie latitude and longitude) along with the sun and stars at that time and place to be absolutely sure. I am not totally positive though and from what I've experienced most cusp people exhibit the signs of both. I hope this was helpful.

I have to tell you I was also born on 10/23 and all I can say as to what type of people is "confused".
According to a friend of mine we are on the cusp so to me that means we are a good combination of both Libra and Scorpio traits.

I was born on the cusp of Scorpio and Sagittarius. I am definately a Sagittarius and I believe that you are only one sign or the other. Not a combination of both. I read that out of a Sylvia Brown astrology book. It is a very very interesting book and she is a professional psychic. She sees people through their faces..or as you can call them "rising sign". I'm born on 11/22 and there are horoscopes that start sag at 11/22 and ones that start it at 11/23. Hope that helps!

i agree with the person below me, but i think it also depends on the time that you were born...the closer you were born to the end of the day the more you are scorpio, but yes i guess we would have traits of both scorpio and libra.
