How can I get rid of chipmunks in my yard/gardens?

They are not fond of mothballs, and you could also sprinkle crushed red pepper in your beds where they seem to be digging. (Get a huge bottle at Sam's or Cosco) They ARE persistent little critters. Have a Heart traps might work, but there are always MORE...........
