Hmmmmm.... its so hard to decide: I cant narrow it down to one, so ill give a few:
Liar Liar, Ace Ventura, Truman show, Eternal Sunshine of a spotless mind (not really a typical Jim Carrey movie, but a good movie non-the less), Dumb and Dumber, Lemony Snickets :)

None of his movies are attractive to me because I don't care for his "over the top" style of comedy. However, "The Truman Show" and "The Cable Guy" were two films that I became interested in through the recommendation of others. I found these two films to be plot-driven and interesting.
