For internet browsing: Opera or Firefox?

wow, that's a tough question........ they're both good. i like opera better. however i recommend you try both and pick the one that suits you best. like any other program, these browsers may have conflicts on a small percentage of pc's. if either one has any issues with yours go with the other. either way, opera and fire fox are two of the better alternative browsers available. only other one I'd consider would be avant. very nice but it's a shell for IE explorer. so if you're just trying to get away from IE explorer that's not what you want. opera and fire fox are both a tad safer from malicious sites than IE explorer.
