so i was shoping for desinger shoes and found a few i like but when they asked for size i had no idea what i was becasue they were going me sizes like 38 38.5 39 40. so i am a size 8 (usa) in shoes what would that make in thouse sizes?

I suggest you to buy 38 1/2 or 39. 38 1/2 is equal to us woman size 8. You have the same size with me. :-) I wear 39 usually.

your shoe size is 38.5, but the halves can be tricky sometimes so try 39 and see which one fits better. It's not 40 like other people suggested.

i also wear a size 7-8 and most of my european sizes are between 37-39 and one shoe is 40.

I'm a nine and if you multiply by five, that doesn't make me a 45!!!! A size 8 is a 39, at least in Spain and Italy.

Some shoes will give you the size in USA, European and others. A nine and a half is European 42, so that should give you soem idea.

multiple 8 * 5, and there you go. So, go for a size 40 and you should be OK.
