how does one create a 2 sided bracket with 25 teams participating?

Having a tourney and can't figure out the way to have a two sided bracket work with 25 teams.

Single elimination presumably, so you're going to have to have 18 teams play an extra match. If you have some sort of seeding system, the best 7 will only end up playing 4 matches, the other 18 will play 5.

If you rank them 1-25, then 1-7 will not play the first round. 8 will play 25, 9 vs. 24, etc. Then play if off to give the highest seeded team the lowest remaining seed if the seeds held true, so the winner of the 16-17 game plays 1, 15-18 plays 2, etc.
