In my opinion, 70's, 80's, and 90's. Old skool that will always be hits...Isley Brothers, Queen, Temptations, Aretha Franklin, Shalamar, george Clinton, etc.

well Old skewl refers more to state of mind, just an opinion, But Clinton is considered Funkadelic, Queen is Ole skewl rock, Aretha is Motown, along with Isley Brothers, Shalamar also ole skewl Motown, you could also throw the O-jays in there.Commodore w/Lionel richie etc...all very good music that came and left a lasting impression on what music has evolved into today.
