My guinea pigs ears has no hair on them any more and looks like she scratch them so bad that the ears looked like they were chewed on! I got her from a friend who NEVER cleaned it's cage She very happy with her new home! What can I do about her ears so that I don't have to take it to the vet!

You need to get her to a vet, it's probably mites of some kind. About the only thing you can do at home is go to the pet store and get 8 in 1 spray for small animals, be sure to read the instructions. Put a thin layer of antibiotic cream on her ears.

you shouldn't have a pet if you can't afford a vet. Its not fair to the pet.

Looks like your friend is to blame, there is nothing you can do except for taking it to the vet, maybe the hair will grow back eventually.

Sorry, but it sounds like mites (maybe even mange, but I doubt it), and you NEED to take your cavy to the vet.
