Is shitting yourself really the first thing your body does when you die?

Your body should defecate only whatever is present at the end of your colon ...food present in the proximal colon should not come out and should remain inside ... so only feces present at the end of the food canal will get defeacated after death and that too under certain conditions ... to explain ... your body has two types of nervous systems ... sympathetic and parsympathetic ... sympathetic system gets activated during fear, fight and flight ... at that time parasympathetic nervous system kinda takes the backstage.. sympathetic nervous system also controls your sphincters ( gates within the food canal) ..... Parasympathetic nervous system controls the involuntary bodily functions... hence controls the movement of your gut... so at the time of death if there is massive parasympathetic discharge for some reason and the sympathetic system is playing passive ... your gut will move rapidly causing movement of the feces and sympathetic system being in the background will let go of the anal spinchters and the person will defecate at the time of death ... the answer to your question is NO .. its not really the first thing you will do when you Die .. i mean under ordinary circumstances ... ;)

I ve seen alot of people die...I work in medicine, and it can happen but not all the time it varys from person to person. Is the bladder full.. are th ebowels full of **** and things like that.

No, only if your body has not removed it before the dying stage. When you die your body releases whatever it was holding on too.

I haven't died yet, so I don't know. I have heard that all of your muscles relax, so it makes sense that one would deficate upon one's death.
