Put a metal spoon in the fridge for a while and then put it on your eyes when it's cold. The swelling will go down. Idk where I heard this from or why it works but it does. Or try cucumber slices

Use cotton balls soaked with witch hazel and apply them to the eyes for 1/2 hour, or moisten tea bags and put them on the eyes for 1/2 hour. These are two of the more traditional remedies for this problem.

The best thing I ever tried was when I was modelling. When you are on the go and haven't had alot of sleep, myself and many other girls used Tucks pads (for hemmroids), or even Preparation H hemmroidal creme, don't laugh! (I liked to use the pads better because they were already pre-moistened and they fit perfectly over the eyes).

Here's how it works...it shrinks the membranes under the eye making the bags much smaller and in a lot of cases dissappear (just like it shrinks a hemmroid and surrounding tissue). You have to be very careful of course not to get any in the eye, but it sure does work.

Good luck!

Get some sleep. If that doesn't help, try Almay Wake-Up Call....yes, it is make-up, but it works like a charm. No one will notice that it is make-up, they will just be so happy to not have to see those unsightly bags! : )

my sister puts spoons in the freezer, and then holds them over her eyes for a few seconds. im assuming it works, because she never seems to have bags.
