Hate to say it, but you might not be able to lose it. Does your mom or other female relatives have a baby gut? Genes are the culprits here. The media tries to make it seem like we should all be perfect size zeros. Real women have curves and bellies. Be proud of your belly and the amazing strength you have. Eat right and lead an active lifestyle and be proud of the goddess you are! Ask your significant other (if you have one) what they think of your belly. Chances are that belly turns them on;)

I have had 3 kids, and it doesn't look like I've had any! if your skin is hanging, then probably the only solution is surgery. But if it is just fat you are wanting to lose, do cardio and watch your diet. But the big secret is a SOLAR BELT. Basically it is made out of scuba-like material, and you wrap it around your waist. You will sweat under the belt and lose inches. I wear mine while I am sleeping, and have for years. You can get a solar belt at about any dept. store in the workout dept. for around $10.

Have a cup of covered water by your bedside to drink throughout the night and upon rising before you even get up. Do 10 hands behind the head elbows to pass knees crossovers every morning.

Simply doing sit-ups or crunches won't get rid of the fat if you aren't also doing cardio or aerobic exercies and you are eating poorly. Abdominal fat tends to accumulate on women who eat too many simple carbs, so reducing them, increasing cardio activity, and adding crunches and sit-ups would be the best way to get rid of that belly fat.

As well as the exercises listed above, drink lots of water, and eat lots of fiber.
