Yes, yes, yes...and with no danger to the baby. The implants (only saline is used nowadays and it's found in every human body naturally) are usually placed behind the chest muscles and definitely beneath the mammary glands. The augmentation in no way affects the ability to nurse a baby. The only concerns would be that if the breast is unnaturally shaped or the nipple is stangely enlarged, the baby may have a hard time attaching its mouth and achieving sufficient suction. Also, while most women who have implants will experience very little sagging as time goes by, after breast feeding, they will tend to hang lower than they did previously. It makes it easier to see the outline of the implant as the natural breast tissue appears deflated.

Ladies with breast implants are advised not to breast feed their babies because there is a risk of injury or death to the child.It doesn't matter the material or consumer product from which breast implants are made;breast feeding with breast implants can be dangerous for babies.

Yes, b/c the breast implant is usually placed under the mammary glands, or what makes the milk... So there is no problem with the physical act of breastfeeding...

I hope not. I don't think you can. why do you want to feed the baby silicone.ewwwwwwww, i DON'T THINK PEOPLE WITH INPLANTS WILL EVEN THINK ABOUT BREAST FEEDING THIER CHILDREN
