Ok after we grab the loot, plan B is if the getaway cars dont arrive outside on time, which is plan A, B, we run like hell and get the bus ...

Plan B can have a variety of funtions. It can be a backup plan for if you mess plan A up. Or it can be something that you make yourself better by saying there is a plan B when you haven't even figured out plan A. All in all plan B was the crappiest idea out of both ideas.

Plan B is a back up plan. It is not always preplanned and sometimes it just means to improvise.
