why do some women have no sex drive when they are pregnant?

She is going through a lot of changes in her body. There is a hormonal imbalance which the body tries to equal as well as a physical change and she will probably be tired. It should come back after the baby is born, stay supportive of her and you just might be surprised.

It is probably due to the hormones. And personally myself i just didnt feel very attractive with my big growing bellies. Most me dont mind the belly it was just a thing I had. After you have the baby you may still not get it back because you are so tired from taking care of your little one but dont worry it does come back. congratulations to you and your new baby.

I would have to say it is more a psychcological thing but you cannot count hormons off too.some mothers just are too overprotective of their pregnancy that they do not wish to engage into any activity they forsee to be endanger the well being of their kids

You are going through a lot of changes. Hormones are making you crazy, you are sick to your stomach a lot of the time (whoever named it morning sickness was sadly mistaken!), you're tired and weak, stressed out and worried about the baby inside you that depends on you for every little thing.......plus body image, you're gaining weight and puffing out like a marshmellow, who feels sexy with all that going on?
