you mean the milking of snakes? or milk like a bucket of cows milk?
Milking doesnt hurt snakes in any way.
I dont believe a snake would ingest milk on its own, although they may eat lactating creatures, IE mice or something. Although they could drown in a large pool of milk just as much as if it were water.

The short answer is no, but I do have an interesting story along this line.
I spent a number of months in the Gobi Desert of Mongolia. Snakes would often wander into the tents (ghers). The Mongols would capture the snake with a long stick. They would never kill the snake, but prior to releasing it they would douse the snake in milk (mare's milk or camel milk). This was partly done for superstitious reasons (reverence for snakes), but also in the belief that the milk-bath would keep the snake from returning.

Snakes it small mammals all the time, these mammals feed young through their milk, so snakes consume milk all the time.
