go to apartment complexes in the summer and ask if they need help landscaping. Or get a lawnmower (from your parents) and buy your own gas and go door to door in your neighborhood and ask if they need the lawn mowed for ten bucks. Also try sweeping up hair at the local barbershops or selling lemonade. If that doesn't work start stealing money from your dad's wallet and tell him you've decided to become a professional thief. If he loves you he'll want yout to be the best at whatever you do.

Sitting with elderly people for a few hours, reading to them, running errands for busy moms, mowing lawn, helping your parents around the house, ask at your church if you can post it on their bulletin board that you are looking for odd jobs. You'll be surprised at what people need help with! Just be sure to save some of your earnings!
