DON'T DO IT!!! You could paralze your face! There is a large nerve that runs through your tongue and if you don't know what you are doing you could damage the nerve. Tongue piercings can also become infected easily and it is important to be educated on the proper care for a tongue piercing. If your going to get it done, go to a tatto or piercing parlor for a professional to do it!

No pls dont! I had a pierced tongue once and i had it done by a pro... u need very specific equipment and its a very specific process... the risk of an oral cavity infection is very high if u dont follow proper sterile procedures... pls dont try to do it urself--u like ur tongue? still wanna have it around?
ps: u can also get an abscess of the tongue-which is jus the worst possible thing--and a surgeon will have to dig it out f ur tongue... if the abscess is untreated-u have acquire blood poisoning! Take care!

Sewing machine, pick ax, harpoon, crossbow, 357. Any of the above-mentioned will do. They are equally as stupid. Holes are designed to either let something out or something in. Your point would be to do what?
Okay, it's your right to do stupid stuff. Just know your risks. Are you willing to deal with Hep C, Aids, or infections.
I don't think they have stupidity insurance, but you can also try my all time favorite, the cannon.

That's a bad idea. The needle could hit a major vein in your tongue and you can bleed to death.

Have you ever seen Rat Race? That kid did his by himself too... you couldn't hardly understand him!
I would seriously reconsider if I were you. It's painful enough when done by a professional. Also, what would you do if something went wrong?

I would not suggest doing it yourself...or at all. It's not attractive and would be more of an inconvenience than anything.
