i can't do it cold turkey because my skin will go crazy if it's so sudden (i've tried it before), but i want off so bad-so i'm going to do it the gradual way. anyone tried this?

if you do it, let me know how it goes. i can't see it doing any crazier damage than what the pill already does to our bodies.

That is not a good ideal. I know that you have "done it before". The thing is in the birth control pills it delivers hormones to regulate ur monthly cycles to where 1) you dont have bad cycles 2) you dont get pregnate.
There is no way to wean yourself off of them. If you stop taking the pills then what ever the obgyn put you on the pills for will mess up. After you stop taking the birth control pills and you have unprotected sex there is a greater chance that you can get pregnate. Your hormones are going to go outta wack regaurdless of what you do Then you have a baby to take care of .
You need to go to the obgyn and tell them what is on your mind .

Birth control doesn't work that way. First of all, they aren't chew tablets, so you could cause all kinds of damage to yourself by cutting the pill and ingesting it before it hits your stomach. Those pills are coated for a reason. You should call a doctor and ask them how to stop your dosages. They may have a better solution than cutting them.

This is where having a good repoire with your gyn comes in. Express your desire to them, as you will need another method of birth control to protect against unwanted pregnancy.

this is not a good thing to do you need to ask your doctor and drink a lot of orange juice
