friends fall in and out of friendship all the time, dont let it get you down, when you feel sad go for a long walk to somewhere quiet, close your eyes take a few deep breaths and feel whats around you, take in the beauty of all thats around and stay there until you are completely at one with yourself, then you will realise everything else thats happening is insignificant in the great scheme of things. in a few years all this will be behind you. you could be married, you could have children, you could be in barbados!
and remember when you feel down read this and know I love you.

Time to move on. Time to talk with someone who will be able to give you support and advice. There are crisis lines, which might be able to direct you to the support you need if you are without a network of friends and family. Pastors and medical professionals are also available. Depression is treatable and treatment can range from just talking about what the problem is and having help in finding a solution or solutions. Short term medication has been beneficial to many. Long term medication is also an option. I dont think you have given us enough information but regardless depression is something not to be taken lightly with the thought that it will go away. Seek help.

Hi there...
Well, Honey, this is all about you. Do you want to turn your life around a relationship (new, old, broken, renewed, good, or bad), or around stuff that will last forever or need your immediate attention (like your exams).
To work out a relationship you need time, lot of effort and an arrangement between all the persons that are involved, and this WILL TAKE SOMEEEEEEEEEEEEEE TIME. I cannot tell you that you can just take your thoughts out of your mind for a couple days, fully forgetting them out, but yes you can refocus on what you must be doing and paying attention to. It is just an attitude about if you still want to stay where you are, or want to move on and keep with your goals.
Good luck!

Instead of thinking of it as a mistake or a problem or whatever - think of it as part of life. When you were "best friends" it was good and all that good is not gone or laid to waste just because now you are no longer "best friends" - it only means that you both have moved on, taking with you the good things from the past. Make the good part of the fabric of your life and your personality so that you have good things to offer your close friends in the future. This is not a failure; it is just part of growing - something we all do until the day we die.

Break ups are never easy unless its mutual. And after a break up, things are never the same. Sounds like you care very much for this person. Just need to keep yourself busy,,,,yes, easier said than done. Do things that are fun, meet new people and focus on your studies.
Don't break down on yourself. Time heals and you will get over this. I'm sorry I'm not much help. I'm hear if you ever want a friend. Best of luck.

I had this problem recently, and because of it i did VERY badly in my exams. I cried a lot, so i blamed it on stress in front of my parents.
While ure at school I suggest u get everything out into the open, or, do what i do and write the whole situation as if u were an onlooker and see it from someone else's point of veiw. It really helps. Or write a letter to somebody (but dont mail it!) telling them about what happened and how u feel.
You really need to get this sorted out, seeing as they're ure finals.
Best of luck. xx

You need to make it up with her and try to regain the special bond you had. Friends are special and even if they do things they shouldn't there is always a reason and you must forgive. I know this takes time but sounds like you haven't got much of that. It will effect your exams if you don't sort it out now!!
