Go to your doctor and get a referral to see a fertility specialist.

If both tubes are blocked then no you can't get pregnant without a doctor. If one is blocked then the other will take over and you have a chance of getting pregnant on your own without a doctors help. If you have adhesion's and they are pinching the tubes closed, then you might have to have surgery to have them unblocked. There is a procedure that can be done in the doctors office where your cervix is dilated and they inject dye or water into you uterus and fallopian tubes while doing an ultrasound to see where the blockage is and how bad. If its minor, that procedure will usually unblock them and you can proceed with conception. I had that done and I now have 4 kids.

No, but the surgery could be laproscopic and leave tiny minimal scarring. Why does anyone need to get pregnant?
