call the electric company to set up the account in your name and have bill sent to your address. If you daughter is past due they may decline if you are not the owner of the property, and if she is renting want a copy of the rental agreement with your name on it.
yes you can have more than one account. but should not do to avoid outstanding or unpaid bills.

Shouldn't be a problem. You contact the electric company with the address of the place that you want to pay for, give them your information and the address that the bill should go to and it's done.

You can have as many utility accounts in your name as you want. (Example: suppose you had 10 rental properties)
Just make sure that you are willing to accept total responsibilities for the charges.
