call animal control....this dog is violent & needs to be picked up...first it'll be the kittens, then a kid....where the heLL are the owners of this dog? They need to be issued a citation/fined/jailed for not restraining the dog....this dog is probably not vaccinated either....ACT....& ACT NOW!

The dog's bark is worst than its bite. Its barking would scare off the kittens., and also dogs wont bite unless provoked.

Yes make a terribly loud high pitched noise then throw something at it but stay near your house in the doorway so you can go inside if it tries to attack you
