Angels are spiritual beings and have no solid bodies. They are described in the Bible in some parts as having wings, but this is usually symbolic. When you read in the Bible of when angels took material form, such as when two appeared to Lott, they just looked like handsome men ( the men of Sodom desired them for sex, to the exclusion of Lott's daughters). Also, in Noah's day, they appeared as "mighty men of fame". So I suppose the answer is no, although if God wanted them to appear in a winged body, they could.

The artistic convention of showing angels with wings is also found in pagan artwork for some minor Roman or Hellenistic deities, like Nike.

Mormons, aka the Latter-day Saints, depict angels without wings.

There are several kinds of angels, cherubim, seraphim, archangels etc.

In the instruction to Moses for the design of the Ark of the Covenant, the cherubim had their wings spread upward. In Isaiah's vision, the seraphim had six wings. References to other angels do not always mention the wings.

Exodus 25
v10 "Have them make a chest of acacia wood—two and a half cubits long, a cubit and a half wide, and a cubit and a half high. 11 Overlay it with pure gold, both inside and out, and make a gold molding around it. 12 Cast four gold rings for it and fasten them to its four feet, with two rings on one side and two rings on the other. 13 Then make poles of acacia wood and overlay them with gold. 14 Insert the poles into the rings on the sides of the chest to carry it. 15 The poles are to remain in the rings of this ark; they are not to be removed. 16 Then put in the ark the Testimony, which I will give you.
17 "Make an atonement cover of pure gold—two and a half cubits long and a cubit and a half wide. 18 And make two cherubim out of hammered gold at the ends of the cover. 19 Make one cherub on one end and the second cherub on the other; make the cherubim of one piece with the cover, at the two ends. 20 The cherubim are to have their wings spread upward, overshadowing the cover with them. The cherubim are to face each other, looking toward the cover. 21 Place the cover on top of the ark and put in the ark the Testimony, which I will give you. 22 There, above the cover between the two cherubim that are over the ark of the Testimony, I will meet with you and give you all my commands for the Israelites.

Isaiah 6
v1 In the year that King Uzziah died, I saw the Lord seated on a throne, high and exalted, and the train of his robe filled the temple. 2 Above him were seraphs, each with six wings: With two wings they covered their faces, with two they covered their feet, and with two they were flying. 3 And they were calling to one another:
"Holy, holy, holy is the LORD Almighty;
the whole earth is full of his glory."
4 At the sound of their voices the doorposts and thresholds shook and the temple was filled with smoke.

5 "Woe to me!" I cried. "I am ruined! For I am a man of unclean lips, and I live among a people of unclean lips, and my eyes have seen the King, the LORD Almighty."

6 Then one of the seraphs flew to me with a live coal in his hand, which he had taken with tongs from the altar. 7 With it he touched my mouth and said, "See, this has touched your lips; your guilt is taken away and your sin atoned for."

So the answer to your question is yes, some of them certainly do.

I think angels are whatever you perceive them to be. If you like to think of them as being celestial beings with wings than that is how you will see them. For others, they may look like different things. It is more a question of faith and perception of faith than it is of reality and description.

No.Whilst there are Angels 'wings' are only added in pictures and stories to show that they are different.

How strange that I should open to this question as we were just talking about angels. I think that angels are the spirits that surround us. They generally have some specific interest in who we are. My one friend thinks that her grandmother is her son's guardian angel. I believe!

Yes, you noticed well. A world conference of palaeontology is needed to summarize all findings in fossils with angel bones.
