Yes, for most of the summer and the warmer parts of spring and fall. The cool winters may be OK, but I would bring them in and not take a chance. What chance? Well with the cooler temps, it may get respiratoy infection if kept outside in the cool weather.

Overall, Gulf Coast boxies are hardy and care is similar to other sub-species of boxies.
