say it out straight but dont say it as if you're pissed off with her or have been talkin about her behind her back. say to her something about you seeing a lot less of her since she got with her boyfriend and that you miss hangin out with her. tell her that you know that her b/f is important to her but let her know that she is important to you and you would like to spend more time with her, even if her boyfriend is there. you have to realise also that she will want to spend time away from her friends and just be with her boyfriend sometimes and that's okay as long as she's not completely ditchin you!

I have friends who are like this, but you have to realize that she's being torn in two directions now. A new love interest, or even an old one, can hold more appeal than "friends". Have you ever been in this situation? If you can sit down with her, in a non-confrontational environment and tell her that you miss her. Maybe you can set up a "girls night" or a day once or twice a month where it's just her friends & her....Now that she has someone in her life, you will have to be more patient with her. But, friends will always be there long after the boys go, so....keep on lovin her....

You don't have to tell her - she already knows where she is spending her time. Don't give up on her - be there when she needs you - and keep on inviting her to "Girls Night Out". She'll come around eventually, and when she does, don't make her feel bad about always being with her boyfriend.

If you are a true friend, you would be happy that she found a boyfriend that she wants to be with. Consider the fact that if you were in her shoes, you just might be the same way. In time, she will come around and be with you.

Stop being such a jealous b*tch. Seriously, I am so sick of girls getting all pissy just because their friend found a good guy.

you don't , you need to let her figure it out on her own.
You can though keep inviting her out with the girls.
