I have had car at hyundai and they can not find problem but there is
a problem in the struts,the rattle is coming from the struts. Everything
else is tight under rear end. a tough problem indeed. rattle is loud and
very sensitive when bouncing rear of car.This only happens in very hot
weather here in texas.in cool weather there is no rattle.

metal expands when it's hot which probably explains why it only happens when the weather is hot. Unfortunately I can't offer a solution. Maybe tighten everything when its hot and then let it cool?

check your rubber bushings on the tops of struts..also on your arms or what ever you have under there. maybe tighten the tops of the struts

The gas is thinner when its hot...
