I saw the movie and was wondering does anyone know who were the real evil ones? Was it the religious fanatics or alessa the little girl?

Both are bad. But none of it would have even happened if the fanatics weren't so cruel to the girl. She was just getting revenge what they did to her in the past.

I saw it. I suppose it all has to do with how you see things. The religious fanatics were more evil than Alessa because they decided to kill a girl just because she was born out of wedlock and had been molested. Alessa was just a little girl getting her revenge, though she did go a little overboard.

It was the religious fanatics. Alessa was just a way for the girl who was burnt to get revenge on them. Good movie too. I just didnt' like the ending.

in my opinion it was the religious fanatics. alessa may have been evil but it was only because of what they did to her.

I haven't seen it, but I've heard completely different views from fans of the series and critics. I heard Clock Tower is being drawn up.
