I think Angelina Jolie is beautiful. Does that make me a lesbian? No.
My fiance thinks that Dr. McDreamy is a good lookin' guy. Does that make him gay? No.
So why can't someone who's gay say that a person of the opposite sex is good lookin'?
Just a little perspective. :)

I'm not a lesbian, but I have a number of gay friends - in my opinion, you can have erotic and aesthetic perception of somebody, and these two really differ and shouldn't be mixed...I'm a heterosexual, but I can definitely find some woman extremely beautiful, I can even recognize attraction in her, while I, personally, am still not attracted to her. I think that fashion stylists that are gay, can find a woman very beautiful, and even understand her body totally different way that men do...the same is with lesbians - in one sentence- she thinks you're handsome, but she is not sexually attracted to you.

A few years ago I had a friend who was definately a lesbian as opposed to being BI, but she asked me over and after I went down on her ( she said I was very good so I took that as a HIGH compliment) she just wanted to watch me jerk off..... it was very hot........ but believe me, so was and is a lesbian all the way

just because she's sexually attracted to women, doesn't mean that she can't be a good judge of what makes a man look good. I'm a heterosexual woman, but i can look at another woman and judge her to be beautiful without feeling sexually attracted to her.
SO, take it as a compliment and move on.

people can be beautiful on the inside and the outside.she could of meant your a beautiful person or your good looking.she wont of been confused.she was just being nice .
