The cling wrap does indeed help you lose weight. The light pressure on the wrapped tissues squeezes a little of the water in the tissue fluids back into the blood stream. This water is then excreted by the kidneys as increased urine.
The water lost is the only source of weight loss. It is only temporary. The fluid will return after the pressure is removed.
The same kind of weight loss can be obtained by standing in deep water.

Saran Wrap Waist

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Get started today!

Yes it's true. I used to wrestle in highschool and we would sometimes use saran wrap and sweat suits to lose weight. Not healthy I get get that part. But sometimes it was great to drop 15 lbs of water in one night.

I would wrap saran wrap around my waist. Wear a garbage bag with holes in it and go to sleep. Wake up and remove the soaked saran wrap. Again not healthy but it worked. lol

Well, it helps... u lose a few inches around the waist, cos it just removes water retention... Try this with that cling wrap thing.... eat the same food but cut it half the amount and u can still enjoy the same food you eat. Do some crunches, leg raise or sit ups which will strengthen the tummy muscles and hold your internal organs to its right place. Do not eat anything within 4 hours before going to bed!... and do not wear the cling wrap while you sleep....Good luck!

i am a 2 year varisty wrestler and used to do crazy **** to lose wight. it is REALLYY bad for you! first of all for wrestlers you don't want to lose real weight cause that would mean losing muscle so before matches we would cut like 10-15 pounds. did we look any better? HElls NO! that sort of weight is just water weight. the next day after weigh ins and before the match i would easily put on 6-7 pounds just by drinking and eating. so how did i lose the weight in the first place? full out snow suit and a 4 hour wrestling prcatice drinking only 1 bottle of water and not eating. (the worst thing i have ever done to my body and my mind. i have trouble enjoying food now and am too conscious of my weight). basically saran wrap is the same thing. u may get stinky from sweat but u sure as hell won't get skinny. oh and u may also get gross pimples where the saran wrap was. its really unhealty.

you would be surprised how much weight u can lose just by eating better. like at camp we didn't have sweets and that alone would make everyone lose weight. just eat good healthy fresh food that tastes good and excercise in moderation. don't get obsessed no matter what. first of all it barely matters and second of all it makes u feel terrible and u lose enjoyment in food. trust me it sucks

You can lose weight by either starting a diet or exercising. You should do a combination of both for the fastest results. Exercise can be split up into cardio and weight training. Cardio will burn the fat and weight training will build up muscle and give you a toned look. Do cardio 3-5 times per week for 30-60 minutes per day. Weight training can be done 2-4 times per week. You should also start cutting your calories. Use the daily calorie needs calculator https://tr.im/DailyNewsTrends to estimate how many calories you burn.To lose weight, you need to eat less. Get rid of junk foods that are high in sugar and eat foods that are high in fiber.
