you can look up exercises for certain area of the body...exercise magazines usually tell which part of the body theyre for..and only do the ones pertaining to the stomach and thigh areas

Jog and do like really crazy full body exercises trust me youll be pleased with the results cuz im still workin on it and i have a flat tummy and i lost 5 pounds doing full body workouts

Try crunches for the stomach, and for the thighs do some side- bends. Don't do sit--ups, as they are bad for your back and neck. Take care!
