evrything on me is good except for my inner thighs! my outer thighs r perfect, but my inner are horrible!!! wat kind of excersizes can i do 2 lose weight there? i m willing 2 do anything 2 get the perfect bikini bod!!!!! PLZ HELP!!!!

Walking, stair climbing, or joining a gym might help. However, there is no such thing as spot reducing. When exercising you might lose overall weight and it could be not what you want. After all there is no such thing as perfection short of cosmetic surgery. Just be yourselt and enjoy your summer.

Seriously though, stop aiming for perfection. It doesn't exist. The point of swimwear is to chill out in or near water, not to flaunt your body. Sit back, enjoy your holiday and relax.

What Shona said. But there are certain stretches and exercises you can do to tone the muscle there, if you're really concerned. Don't let those pictures of the supermodels on TV influence you: Many of them are really too thin for their own good.

squatting can help so can running and if you join a gym they have certain machines for that part of your body
