Hey Girl, it does sound as if you are deeply depressed. I know you say you have no reason to feel like this , that all is going well in your life. But think about this....alot of people put the other person ahead of themselves and forget their own needs. I am only guessing from the way you have written, that you are a very giving person and do not expect anything in return. There is nothing wrong with that as long as you remember taking care of you.
Advice:
See a Dr. to help get started on some depression meds. Lexapro works well for alot of people without the significant weight gain you get from other antidepressants as a side effect.
It may be hard for you to do..and perhaps you may feel guilty about it..but make yourself do this....go out and do something for yourself, something you have really wanted to do and have not taken time to do it.
Do things for yourself on occasion. Have a "my" day out...
Hope this helps in some way....THINK OF YOURSELF..its not selfish ...

Depending on how old you are your body could be going through a change. Or being a women a chemical imbalance could be accruing. Just to make sure things are okay throughout your body you might want to speak with a doctor. Have them run some test, check your blood count all that stuff. They could probably give you so really good tips. Try to avoid medication because sometimes that puts you deeper into whats going on if its not a serious medical problem.

Go to your doctor and tell them everything you've said here and more, they can probably help you, I truly believe you are not crazy its depression and anxiety and of course try to stay away from your child when these moments begin. Hey, life is beautfil and you know this inside thats why you have this pretty picture in your square. Smile, and pray its the best! Hang out with friends and relax!!!! Life is to short for so many unecessary worries!!! Seek your doctor and friends help!

My husband has depression, and when his meds are balanced, he is fine. When they are not balanced, or if he forgets to take them, he is like you.
You are not stupid, you have depression, and just need to talk to your doctor to get your meds regulated. You WILL be happy, and you WILL have a normal life, but you just need a little help. This is not a problem with you that you can fix alone, it is your body chemistry and you need medication.
Good luck!!!
