A hemorrhage is usually caused by a weakness in a blood vassal in the brain. These are called aneurysms. When one bursts, there is bleeding in the brain. If not caught quickly, the person dies.

A stroke is when a blood vessel or artery gets blocked, preventing blood flow to the brain. If the blockage is on the right side of the body, the left side of the brain is affected and vice versa.
