I had asked about Neutral and "Noise", I'm o.k with capacity. So back to the question: When & Why would you double your neutral on a 120VAC, 240VAC or 480VAC device. Anybody got "real" experience with this question for understanding.

ok...the reason you want to oversize your neutral is to eliminate what is called the 3rd harmonic...it interfears with computers and other high end electronics
you dont necessarilly need it with 240, 480, bcuz ur not going to be running a pc 480 lol
