What's this, a recruitment advertisement. Surely a contented married life does just the same, unless you are making out that there is favoritism among gays for their own...........

Well, I wouldn't say that. Sometimes it creates a lot of stress at work if you can't be out, etc. But as far a life quality and professional sucess, you must consider the fact that gay folks less often have children. So the economic burden of children is sometimes not present. Also the time and responsibility burden. Like it's difficult to take preschoolers scuba diving in fiji. That's just one idea. Lesbians are more likely to have children and be poorer, imho.
