Prior to the conversion Constantine did to the Roman Empire...the pre-Christianized conquerors had a routine action of marrying men as wives and polygamy. An emperor just about had carte blanche on his desires and would get his way because he was a man-god amongst men, nothing or no one was off limits...but frankly, you get raped and see if you don't want to kill someone...Romans were epicurians more or less too...indulging and exploring in all things pleasurable...

I can't tell if you're dumb or just ignorant. First off, being "gay" (Openly preferring men versus women) was hated and ridiculed in Ancient Rome, it was largely a bi-sexual culture, and to prove such statements, just look at Elagabalus, he was widely known and seen as a "homosexual" and even prostituted himself. The preatorian guard became disgusted by this, assassinated him, and made a mockery of his body by beheading him, dragging his body all across the city, then throwing it into the Tiber river.

The Romans did not like openly gay people.
