Chris Brown is Hott, talented, and only 17 years old... but Neyo has written so many amazing songs like "Unfaithful"by Rhianna. So I guess I have to say its a tough call and I really can't say who is better. That's just me!

CHRIS BROWN NO DOUBT about it!!!! looks better!sings better! dances better! better personality and sense of humor! i mean they boy is absolutely hilarious! he is sooo FUNNY! its so cute! i love it! i mean and that smile and those dimples! (whew) so cute makes u just wanna melt down to the ground!lol! he also has charisma, enthusiam and charm! i mean the boy gots it ALL!!!! so as you already know, in my opinion, Chris Brown is better!!!! :-)

to me ne-yo!!!!Because chris has an ugly face from up close and i ain't into his music as much as i am into ne-yo's!!!Ne-yo signs slow songs and those r y favorite and he is soo FINE!!!He's got da face and da talent!!!But chris brown only has the talent
