I would like to see him bat until he is 40 yrs old atleast. But Considering his "Unfortunate" injuries, I think he will play 2 years more.But you never know.

He should be playing for another 5 to 6 years. Ask any current cricketer or ex-cricketer, and they'll say that Sachin Thendulkar is the greatest batsman to ever walk on Earth !!

Sachin is a class player-- aliving legends. Some unfortunate injuries have hindered his carrer, but's he's recovering. He has aldready hit 2 tons in county with ease. He'll be there for world cup and perhaps a couple of yrs more.

He can play Test Match for another 3 or 4 years. He can limit his one day international appearances to enhance his career. Need not retire after world cup

No. I dont think so. He might retire from ODIs in 2007 or 2008 but I dont think hes even thinking of retiring from cricket all together.
