In science, physicists have been searching for the underlying theory of the Universe. One theory, to predict everything that occurs in our Universe and in other universes beyond. This has been termed String Theory. They’re actually no longer strings, but membranes moving in 11 dimensions. In short, the unifying sting Theory is named M-theory. This, if understood, is hoped by physicists to be the one truth in our universes that will predict everything that has occurred, is occurring and will ever occur.

In this theory, there are multiple universes. I am not really sure how God fits in. It depends what your definition of God us. He can either, function only in our 4 dimensioned universe and is restricted by our 4 dimentions. OR, he can transcend through the different universes. Perhaps he would exceed the "bulk" (the collection of universes in the 11 dimensions).

But then it's an interesting question, is God confined by the 11 dimensions?

By definition, there can be only one UNIverse. What you describe as a multi-verse is simply a facet of the universe itself. The universe is multi-dimensional. And therefore, so must God be multi-dimensional. A single multi-dimensional entity.

And if God is involved in the multi-dimensional universe, then Heaven must be a part of this universe. It may be outside the time-stream, but since God exists there then it must be enclosed within the thing that is the universe.

And if Hell is defined as the absence of God, does that mean that Hell exists outside the Universe? And if the Universe is all there is and there is nothing "outside the universe," can Hell therefore exist?

by definition a multi-verse cannot exist, uni means one, so even if what we presently call a universe, was found to in fact be amongst many similar clusters, we would simply up the universe to include this new group and rename what we presently call a universe. There is no gad nor could there possibly be, but in a hypothetical mysticland, I'm sure the creationists would maintain that god created all, and that we fallible humans made in error in think our universe was in fact "uni".

The question is infinate unless there is something greater than God. If there were more than one God than they would have to have a creator, who would be God's God, and that God's creator would be God's God, God or God's, God mother/father. We can go all day with this.

Which God would be God's God if God was not the ultimate God and there was another God that should be truly labeled as God?

To resolve this, we only have one universe so therefore, we only have one God and even in theory there could be another universe but this would not be our universe. What we don't have is loyalty to God.

Assuming that everything you say is correct, heres my theory. I, personally, believe in the existence of alternate Universes and Dimenions, of course I have evidence to back this, its just a thought of mine. In any event, in the event that God does exist, I believe there is one God managing the whole thing. Think of it like your going to work. You sit down at a desk and you boot up you computer. On any standard PC or MaC the user has the ability to work on several different operations on the same computer, while not losing track of what theyre doing. So, its basically like God has one existence (The Multiverse) which would be like your computer monitor, yet he has several different windows happening at the same time which he must manage in order for everthing to work. So there it is, my theory. Not that I have any evidence whatsoever, just my opinion.

Nope, God created all that there is, however I would think that perhaps we would find many more names and concepts about God. Hopefully even a higher understand. But all depends on where God's creations are spiritually. Note I said spiritually, not materially. For it could be conceivable in another far off place and universe that mankind is just plugging along like we are just trying to find the answers to life.

What are the main features of this multiverse theory? Those multiverses look a like i.e. parallel worlds or mirror reflections? Many of the stars and galaxies which we observe now have no existence. They are thousands of light years away that even after their disappearence the lights are still on the way. on the other hand many stars are borne but we cannot see them as the lights from them will take hundreds and thousands years to reach our world.

There could be many worlds, but not many universes. Universe must one. It is the totality of all possible worlds. The so-called multi-verses are multi-worlds. Moreover, the concept of multi-God, in this sense, is self-stultifying.

If it is true i think it is possible, but saying that god is only a story passed down from millennium to millennium, i believe that other planets or solar systems with life will have there own story's about a different being or person.

god is an interpretation of a civilization, religion is a way of controlling people, if you can learn to control yourself you are free.

By the definition of a monotheistic God, the answer must be no.

God is, by monotheistic definition, the one supreme being, which reigns over all reality. To say that God cannot exist over multiverses is illustrating that God cannot do something, which is tantamount to saying that there is something God cannot do, which is to say that the definition of God is not the supreme being ... contradiction...

If God exists by our definition, the answer must be no - one God rules over all multiverses.
