From a personal point of view it would be England versus Germany. Germany would lead 1-0 until the 89th minute when England would score two late goals and win (just like Manchester United when they won the Champions League).
If you were talking purely for the spectacle and to see top notch football then I would have to say Brazil versus Argentina.
p.s. I've nothing against Germany, they are playing really well so far. Much better than us (England) anyway! Still, come on England!!
