Excuse me, but since song is music, and music is art, and art is abstract, I`m not sure if you can have something like the best song in the world.
Not only that, most current hits gets replaced quickly by new ones. Even though there are evergreens, but they usually are only popular among older folks. As time moves on, these songs eventually become forgotten.
Or maybe there are classical music pieces that stand the test of time. But they are not really popular, so I wonder if you can say they are the best or not.
