I suffered from domestic voilence when i was with my ex then he left me without any money or documents in india and had our kids i have been fighting to get them but no luck its been 5 yrs , two years ago i got married to someone out of race and have a baby but people now say that i left my kids becouse i wanted to be with my now husband which is total lie.

No way are you a bad person...five years of fighting for your kids and the years you spent at the hands of your ex prove that. People are too quick to judge when they do not know all the circumstances. Who are they to look down on you? Why not offer you support instead. It must have been hard for you to start afresh and try to get on with your life-even though your kids won't be far from your mind, but people prefer to condemn than offer support!

Some things are so unbelievably out of our control that most people who live "perfect" lives can not even begin to understand how painful your everyday life must be like without your children. I also suffered from domestic violence with my ex husband and it took three years before he realized taking my step daughter out of my life was a huge mistake. Try and forgive the ignorance of those who judge you - and you be happy with what blessing you have.

ignore the dumb people. you live your life and be happy. you will never forget the others and some day when you turn around those kids will be there as adults and know how it went down. so enjoy life now.
