there are really only 3 kinds of instruments
Harp : (piano, guitar, violion, and other string members)
Percussion: ( drumb, tamborine, bells, etc)
Flute: (flute, trumpet, tuba clarinet, sax and other wind members)
all instruments are descended from these and all cultures use all types
