You need to try Neutrogenas Natural Nail Growth Stimulator you just apply it once a day for about a week and your nails are stronger and grow much faster. Plus it does not have a smell to it like the harsh top coats and laquers that dry out your nail bed. You can also take pre-natal vitamins they help also. Worked for me. Hope this helps

Drink a lot of milk, you will have strong nails and bones! And you will get your supply of calcium! If you don't drink milk, drink a lot of orange juice. You need calcium.... so whatever you can find. Also, there is strengthening clear nail polish. Try both of these things and in about 1 or 2 months, you will start noticing a change!!

I had the same problem until I started using "Hard as Nails" top coat and something from Sally Hansen called "Maximum Growth Formula" everyday. My nails are actually getting stronger and are growing.
