WOW, I was not aware that Billy Ray's wife, TISH, passed away. Are you sure about that? I haven't been able to find supporting documentation either way. I'll keep looking, though.

Yea, Miley Cyrus' mom died in a car crash.
Google Miley Cyrus or Billy Ray Cyrus. They are dad and daughter. Related to Miley's mom.

I don't think that her mother is dead because on her official website it says she moved from Tennessee with her parents which includes her mother and father along with her siblings.
