I found a carcus of a rodent I assume and it's neck is facing the total opposite way...I am trying to figure out if something or it broke it's neck.

Possessed rodents can spin their heads 360 degrees. Seeing as how most rodents are possessed, it's hard to tell if the cause of death was due to a neck injury. You'll have to contact your county coroner to be sure. I'm sure they're well-versed in common causes of rodential death.

I am an owner of a pet rat, and no they do not rotate their heads at 360 degree angles. Sounds like that rodent had it's neck broken!

well that would be 180 degrees of an angle (360 being in the same place as when it started) and i think it broke its neck yes
