I've read somewhere that in 7-th book Harry will met his relatives and they are Russians, because his aunt, his father's sister had married some powerful wizard. What do you think about it?

Harry Potter Russian? Who knows but the seventh book is suppose to answer question about why his mother's sister knows a lot about the wizard world. And there is something about his mother's family maybe Harry is related to the founder of the house of Gryffindor. Gordic Gryffindor on his mother side of the family.
Because if you remember the ending of the second book Harry Potter and the Secert Chamber, Dumberdore tells Harry only a true Gyffindor can retrieve the sword from the hat. The sword belong ot Gordic Gryffindor.

Even if his aunt married a Russian, that doesn't mean that Harry is Russian. And Harry doesn't have any living relatives besides the Dursleys, so there is no aunt that can marry a Russian

Well that is speculative because the 7th book hasn't been completed yet. Your just spreading rumors. You could of at least mentioned who your source was.
