No. Fish see in black and white. The colours fish display are camouflage patterns.

Fish see colors very well. This is why they are so colorful. In many fish, males are more colorful than females, and dominant males the most colorful of all. In many cichlids, males take on breeding coloration, only at spawning time and only if a receptive female is present.

All this would be silly (and pointless) if they were colorblind
